Warranty

Your satisfaction is an essential component of our brand. Consequently, during each step – may it be concept, design, craftmanship, or presentation - we pay attention to all details, so as to ensure we are offering you a high-quality product. That is also why we only use high-quality and durable materials, that have undergone testing processes before being made available online.

This Warranty Certificate attests the quality of the ordered jewellery according to international standards. We certify that the jewellery is made of gold, silver, wood or common metal and will not change its properties, if worn according to given instructions, for a period of 30 days. The quality of the products made of gold or silver is certified by a mark (in accordance with Romanian legislation).

The 30 days warranty term and starts on the day of purchase. Lisa&Co. certifies that, within the guarantee period, the jewelry chosen by you will not change properties in case of proper use and wear.

Warranty terms – each product that can be purchased on our website or in our showroom is a new product, it does not have defects and is marked according to Romanian legislation. Lisa&Co. jewellery can maintain its functionality for a long period of time if the provided care recommendations are followed. However, be advised as time passes and due to prolonged wear, the pieces of jewellery may begin to show signs of wearing out. According to legislation, this does not represent a defect and will not be subject to warranty terms.

Exemptions – this certificate does not cover defects caused by:

• cleaning, maintaining and/or fixing which was not previously approved by Lisa&Co.;
• any action and/or inaction that can damage the product, such as (but not limited to) sport activities, professional activities with risks, household work, inappropriate wearing or storage, transportation.
• Exposure to certain environments that can lead to damage or the premature wear of the jewellery. Some damaging environments can be : dust, smoke, steam, dispersants, bleach, petroleum products, acids, salts, perfume, cosmetic cream, hair spray or any other cosmetic or cleaning products containing bleach, sulfur or any other chemicals.

Pieces of jewellery that are exposed to one or more of the abovementioned factors (or any similar factors) can show signs of irregularity in respect to their texture and/or shape.

The products that show workmanship defects will be fixed by Lisa&Co. free of charge, within the warranty period.

Please note that in case any product needs changing or fixing, the Customer has to ensure the jewellery reaches the Lisa&Co. Bucharest-based showroom. Customer can opt for personal drop-off or delivery, with the fee being covered by the Customer. In roder to avoid any doubt about this matter, Lisa&Co. will not accept any delivery that requests a payment of fee.

Replacement

If Lisa&Co. decides that the product cannot be fixed, the piece of jewellery will be replaced according the Law No.449/2003, revised. Lisa&Co. will try to deliver an identical product, however should the design be out of stock, we reserve the right to replace the product with a similar product of equivalent value (as indicated by applicable legislation).

Consumers Rights listed in O.U No.21/1992 (republished) and Law No.449/2003 (revised) are not conflicting with our guaranty certificate. All Lisa&Co. jewellery bears national marks as requested by ANPC and Direction for Precious Metals and Precious Gems.

Recommendations of Use

Lisa&Co. hopes that you will enjoy wearing our jewelry for as long as possible, that is why we have put together a list of recommendations, as  it follows:

• Keep the jewellery in the original packaging or in other boxes designed for jewellery;
• Keep it in places far away from outside damaging factors – these can cause discoloration of the product or parts of it.
• Clean the jewellery with a soft cloth and only using suitable substances. Do not use substances suitable for silver or gold on jewellery with pearls, gems or wood; it may cause a change in color or shine.
• Wear jewellery that is encrusted with jewels or pearls with special care, as it is very sensitive and might not stand any mechanic shock. Avoid wearing jewellery while performing sports or household activities.
• Avoid wearing the same pieces of jewellery for a prolonged  period of time, it might lose its shine and/or change the color in contact with heat, moist or chemical substances.
• In case that your jewellery accidentally gets in contact with substances that can damage it, carefully and quickly wipe it with a soft cloth.
