The customer will place the order online and will receive a confirmation e-mail at the address provided during the registration. All our prices, and the shipping fees, are expressed in EUR.

By placing the order, the customer agrees to the Lisa&Co. Terms and Conditions and commits to picking up the package and pay the price listed in the shopping cart. Lisa&Co. is obliged to deliver the product to the address provided by the Customer. For deliveries outside Romanian territory, the Customer should directly contact Lisa&Co. for additional information regarding the prices and duration (information regarding the means of communication possible can be found in the "Contact" section of the website).

Custom Made Jewelry

After establishing the concept of the future custom-made piece of jewellery, an order form will be filled out. If the Customer has a face-to-face meeting with a Lisa&Co. designer, the form will be filled out during that time. In case of a long-distance order, the form will be filled by the Customer and sent via e-mail to Lisa&Co. The customer will receive a confirmation e-mail with additional information about the final cost and the term for completion. 

The execution of the order will begin after a 50% down payment (if not agreed upon otherwise). All prices, and by case, the delivery fees are expressed in EUR.

In addition, the custom plated silver jewelley can not be subject to returns.
